FiKus is a synthesis of analog and digital sounds that combines progressive melodies with tasty grooves, electronic beats, and edgy vocals to form their own signature style of music:

The current lineup was formed in Bergen County, NJ in 2008 and their sound has been evolving ever since. In 2011 alone, the band independently released two EPs, Mover Shaker and Plus+.

While their latest studio efforts have gained the band much recognition, FiKus is best known for the sheer intensity of their live performance. Their extensive tour schedule has brought the band up and down the East Coast, appearing at Catskill Chill, Jam at the Grove, and Stir Fry Music Revival, sharing bills with acts such as Umphrey’s McGee, Conspirator, Dumpstafunk, The Heavy Pets, Dopapod, Brothers Past and many more.
